Man Fishing With His Sons Makes TERRIBLE Discovery

When you are out fishing, especially when you aren’t standing on the end of a pier, you are bound to find things creeping around you.

I mean, you are in an animal’s habitat doing what you are doing. It’s not like that animal hiding in the bushes is doing anything wrong.

So while you relax and have fun on your day of fishing you always have to be aware of the other critters in your midst.

Having had family that lived in North Carolina, I would think it would be safe to say that I have done more than my fair share of fishing there.

It’s one of those states where you can go fishing almost every week of the year and not have to worry about being frozen out too much.

Well, except for that one week in early 2004 where it snowed like nine inches overnight and messed my fishing trip up, but that’s another story for another time.

Anways, this story isn’t about me. Like every good fishing story, this one is almost unbelievable but it’s as true as the nose on your face.

A man took his two young sons to Julian Price Park Lake for a day of fishing.

They were set up at the edge of the lake on some grass when he looked to the side and noticed something that might have been sitting next to them all day and they had no idea it was even there.

No, it was not the circle that was the problem for this trio of avid fishermen…it was the snake inside the circle.

Needless to say, they grabbed their fishing gear, pulled in their lines and got out of there pretty quickly.

While it might be a fine idea for some of the weirder people in our world to think that getting bitten by a snake is the absolutely greatest thing that could possibly happen to them; this father likely surveyed the situation and came to the conclusion that getting out of there was a good idea.

After all, you don’t want to have to explain to anyone about why your kids got bitten by a snake.
